Transport is an important part of freedom and independence.
We will work with you to identify your travel and transport goals and help you work towards them.
We assist participants in exploring and attending activities and meeting the objectives the participants have in integrating into the community.
Assistance with travel and transport includes supports that enable participants to build capacity to independently travel, including through personal transport-related aids and equipment, or training to use public transport.
